Becoming a new parent is hard work. Whether its your 1st time or your 5th time. If ever there was a time you should not do everything on your own, this is the moment. As a postpartum doula I come to take care of you so you can take care of your new baby.

$45 per hour
(3 hr minimum suggested)

Lactation support
Teaching baby soothing techniques
Assistance with emotional and physical recovery after birth
Baby-wearing support/guidance
Light house cleaning, running errands or attending appointments
Meal preparation
Help and guidance with sibling integration
Access to resource list of pediatricians, lactation counselors, support groups, etc
